Welcome to Orb - a Canadian brand founded in Vancouver, BC over 30 years ago.

We create small, intentional collections each season that focus on wearability and style.

Orb designs elevated basics and key wardrobe staples to mix and match for any occasion. Quality fabrics, flattering fits, and thoughtful details make all the difference. Elevated basics made for real life.

Each piece is designed between Whitehorse, YT and Vancouver, BC by two busy moms with young kids - women who understand the need for comfortable, stylish clothing that moves with you: from city to forest, from work to play.

Please note this is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size. These are body measurements and not reflective of the measurements of the clothing! If you have already purchased an item by our brand, we recommend you select the same size as indicated on its label.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
  • Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days on Canadian orders of $99 or more and USA orders of $150 or more.
  • Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

PAYMENT METHODS

Orb accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Orb features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the product you ordered isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return the item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, have all original packaging and all tags attached.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
