Shipping policy
Shipping is currently offered to Canadian and US addresses only. Most orders will ship out within one business day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post.

SAMPLE SALE SHIPPING
Our sample sale styles are shipped separately (so if you order from the sample sale AND from the regular Orb collection, you will receive 2 packages) and they don't qualify under the same free shipping thresholds as the regular line. They DO count towards your "free shipping" total for the regular line though. Sample Sale Shipping is $24.95 flat rate for all packages and will be free on all orders over $250.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canadian and USA addresses only, via the website. If you're in a different country and are interested in our products, we love that! Get in touch at service@orbclothing.ca and we can help you out!
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out. If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address entered at checkout, there will be an additional charge to the customer for shipping.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All customs and/or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
TAXES
If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus the GST. US orders are subject to customs and duty fees upon receipt, as well as state taxes.
