Refund policy

 

If the product you ordered isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, have all original packaging and all tags attached.

Returns:

  • Please email us at service@orbclothing.ca
  • Provide your original Order Number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with the return address and an RA# which must be clearly labelled on your return package
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Upon receipt your item(s) will be inspected to ensure eligibility
  • Once confirmed, a credit or refund will be issued to your original form of payment (not including original shipping costs)

Credits/Refunds:

  • Items purchased on promotion or with a discount code are eligible for a credit only

Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange:

  • Sale items discounted 30% or more

Exchanges:

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

Holiday Shoppers:

Any purchases made between November 15th and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 10th (full price items only) 

*We do not offer price adjustments.

**All products purchased through any of our retail partners must be returned to the store directly. We only offer returns for items purchased through our website.
